SHELAIN SONDHI-MANAGING DIRECTOR

Shelain Sondhi (MD) is a Civil Engineer (Gold Medallist) from NIT Jamshedpur, MBA from XLRI, MICS (Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, London), Masters in Customs and Excise. He has worked in the Industry for more than 30 years. He has worked with prestigious World Class organizations like Tata Steel, Schenker Projects, SARA International, Larsen & Tubro and Jindal. He has extensive exposure on Chartering vessels for Break bulk, Bulk, Liquid and Heavy Lifts. Shelain has executed a large Number of Logistics Projects that include Delhi Metro Rail Car Project, SMS-Demag Hismelt Project in Australia etc.

RAJNISH SONDHI – DIRECTOR

RAJNISH SONDHI, Director Sales is Post Graduate in Economics and Political Science. She has worked with Multi National Organizations handling independently the Indian operations for the principals. Being from Business Family which has hands on exposure to trading, Logistics and Transportation. Her in born leadership qualities make her and ideal candidate for leading a Young Bunch of professionals. She has stood like a rock handling personnel and administration and sales for INTEGRAL GROUP OF COMPANIES. She is currently Director Sales with: INTEGRAL LOGISTICS SERVICES PVT LTD and INTEGRAL TRADING ENTERPRISE

ANAND ROOP ROY- VICE PRESIDENT

Anand Roy has more than 35 years of experience in the field of total logistics in India for refineries; steel, power, fertilizer plants and Delhi Metro. He has successfully handled import/export of cargo for more than 15000MW Power plants and 2 refineries, shipped in containers , break bulk and air cargo mode by coordinating with different agencies, stevedoring, intra-port handling, custom clearance of sea/air cargo, and multi-modal inland transportation via road, air, waterways and railways. Mr. Roy was the assistant vice president for JM BAXI Group for eastern region of India . He is a master mariner and has worked in Central Inland Water Transport (CIWTC) [A Public Sector Undertaking under Ministry Of Shipping based in Kolkata].

GAJENDER JHA-CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Gajender Jha is charted accountant by profession . He is an expert in taxation , auditing and international fund management . He has an experience of more than 10 years in audit and financial planning . He has extensive industry exposure in turning around sick companies . He is critical in the investment planning , fund mobilization and operational income and working capital of the company.
